Kherson Suffers Casualties and Damage
Local media confirmed two deaths and 14 injuries in Kherson after drones struck houses, schools, a hospital, a gas station, and cars.
Authorities reported severe structural damage to nine homes and public buildings.
Odesa Faces Energy Outages
Reports confirmed at least one injury in Odesa, with Chornomorsk sustaining the most damage.
District Governor Oleg Kiper said the strikes cut electricity to 29,000 residents.
He added crews restored critical services using generators.
Zelenskyy Reports Russian Losses in Pokrovsk
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned Russia’s third major attack this week, warning global pressure remains crucial.
He reported Russian forces suffered heavy losses in Pokrovsk, where Moscow concentrates its attacks.
Zelenskyy said Ukrainian units systematically destroy Russian forces in Donetsk.
He added Russia lost more than 290,000 soldiers killed or severely wounded during the first eight months of fighting.
